Where is GymNet available?

GymNet currently operates in the United States, with focused roll-outs in Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Buffalo, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Miami, and Tampa. We are adding new trainers daily across the country!

How do I verify my email address?

When you signed up, you should have received an automated email from GymNet asking you to verify your email address. Click the link in the email to verify your email address. If you don't see the email in your primary inbox, it may have been filtered into your spam folder.

If the link doesn't work or has expired, no problem! You can resend the verification from your GymNet Account Settings:

1. Login to GymNet > Click on your Profile circle in the top right-hand corner
2. Click on Account Settings
3. Click on the link below your email address to resend the verification email

Verifying your email address is important so that you can receive booking alerts, site updates, and more.

How do I make my Trainer Profile live on the site?

In order to make your profile live so that you may start to receiving bookings, please follow these steps:

1. Login to GymNet > Click on your Profile circle in the top right-hand corner
2. Click on Your Trainer Profile
3. Complete all required fields in the Create Trainer Profile workflow like location, pricing, and photos.
4. On the Photos page, click on Publish Profile.
5. Once you publish your profile, the GymNet team will review it and either Accept your profile or contact you if we need more information.

What safety measures are in place?

We take the safety of our trainers and members very seriously at GymNet. All GymNet Trainers undergo identity verification and a screening process before being available for booking.

All Trainers have control over which booking requests they accept or deny. When a booking is approved, the member receives a confirmation message via email.

GymNet will soon include Trainer liability coverage through our services.

As a Trainer, how do I get paid on GymNet?

Getting paid for your sessions is easy and secure! GymNet partners with Stripe to facilitate payments and payouts on our platform. Stripe is a secure payment gateway which handles all account transactions. Banking or payment information is never stored directly on GymNet.

To set up your account to receive payments, follow the below steps:

1. Login to GymNet > Click on your Profile circle in the top right-hand corner
2. Click on Account Settings
3. Click on Payout details
4. Enter your account information to be re-directed to Stripe to complete your information.

That's it! Once you set up your payout details, you will get paid directly through Stripe to the financial institution you provided. Payments are made after a booking is complete.

Can Trainers control who books with them?

Yes! All Trainers have the authority to approve or deny booking requests and message with members prior, during, and after the session.

How do referrals work?

As a GymNet user, you can refer a friend with your unique referral link. When someone redeems your referral, you get rewarded with 10% off of a future workout you book.

To access your referral link, follow these steps:

1. Click on your profile bubble
2. Select "Invite a Friend"
3. Copy or share your referral link

To redeem a referral reward:

1. Select a trainer and your preferred workout date and time
2. Click on the Reward button above the price breakdown
3. Select an available reward
4. Complete your booking with 10% off the price!

Trainer Referrals Are you a GymNet trainer? Your referrals stack up for major rewards! For each new client or trainer you refer, you earn points which can be cashed in for GymNet Shop credits or for a gift card of your choosing. Here's how it works:

5 referrals = $20 10 referrals = $45 15 referrals = $95

How do reviews work?

Both Trainers and members have the opportunity to review each other after a session is completed. Past reviews are visible on the Trainer's profile page.

As a member, when am I charged for a session?

Members are charged at the time the Trainer approves the requested session. Depending on your payment method, the charge may not be reflected immediately in your financial account.

How much does GymNet cost?

Anyone can join the GymNet platform, free of charge. GymNet charges a 2% service fee to the trainer for each booking, similar to other marketplace applications.

What types of workouts does GymNet have?

All types of workouts and specialties are available on GymNet! Are you a personal trainer? Do you teach swim lessons? Do you have a home gym, or want to expand your fitness studio's customer base? Then GymNet is for you! We are constantly adding new workout categories to our site to support our Trainers and members.
