Where is GymNet available?
GymNet currently operates nation-wide in the United States. We have personal trainers available for in-person and virtual sessions. Use the city pages linked from the home page to view trainers in your city.
View TrainersHow do I verify my email address?
When you sign up, you will receive an automated email from GymNet asking you to verify your email address. Click the link in the email to navigate to the verification process.
If you don't see the email in your primary inbox, it may have been filtered into your spam folder.
If the link doesn't work or has expired, no problem! You can resend the verification from your GymNet Account Settings:
- Login to GymNet > Click on your Profile circle in the top right-hand corner
- Click on Account Settings
- Click on the link below your email address to resend the verification email
Verifying your email address is important so that you can receive booking alerts, site updates, and more.
Account SettingsHow do I make my Trainer Listing live on the site?
In order to make your listing live so that you may start to receiving bookings, please follow these steps:
- Login to GymNet > Click on your Profile circle in the top right-hand corner
- Click on Your Trainer Profile
- Click on Edit Listing under the listing. Ensure that all required fields in the listing wizard are completed like location, pricing, and photos.
- On the Photos page, click on Publish Profile.
- Once you publish your profile, the GymNet team will review it and either Accept your profile or contact you if we need more information.
If you've completed the steps above and your listing is in a Pending Approval status, that means our team is reviewing your listing. It takes 24-48 hours for reviews to be completed.

View My ListingsWhat safety measures are in place?
We take the safety of our trainers and members very seriously at GymNet. All GymNet Trainers undergo identity verification and a screening process before being available for booking.
All Trainers have control over which booking requests they accept or deny. When a booking is approved, the member receives a confirmation message via email.
GymNet will soon include Trainer liability coverage through our services.
As a Trainer, how do I get paid on GymNet?
Getting paid for your sessions is easy and secure! GymNet partners with Stripe to facilitate payments and payouts on our platform. Stripe is a secure payment gateway which handles all account transactions. Banking or payment information is never stored directly on GymNet.
To set up your account to receive payments, follow the below steps:
- Login to GymNet > Click on your Profile circle in the top right-hand corner
- Click on Account Settings
- Click on Payout details
- Enter your account information to be re-directed to Stripe to complete your information.
That's it! Once you set up your payout details, you will get paid directly through Stripe to the financial institution you provided. Payments are made after a booking is complete. It may take a few business days for transactions to post to your financial institution.
Payout DetailsCan Trainers control who books with them?
Yes! All Trainers have the authority to approve or deny booking requests and message with members prior, during, and after the session.

As a GymNet user, you can refer a friend with your unique referral link. When someone redeems your referral, you get rewarded with 10% off of a future workout you book.
To access your referral link, follow these steps:
- Click on your profile bubble > Account Settings
- Select "My Referrals"
- Copy or share your referral link
To redeem a referral reward:
- Select a trainer and your preferred workout date and time
- Click on the Reward button above the price breakdown
- Select an available reward
- Complete your booking with 10% off the price!
Trainer Referrals Are you a GymNet trainer? Your referrals stack up for major rewards! For each new client or trainer you refer, you earn points which can be cashed in for credits or for a gift card of your choosing. When you refer 5 trainers, you'll receive $50.
Invite A FriendHow do I route clients from my existing website domain to GymNet?
Congrats! You've worked hard to build your brand online. With GymNet, it's easy to seamlessly route your clients to your GymNet page from your website.
All you have to do is login to your domain provider and set up domain forwarding. Don't worry! We've done the research for you on how to do it. See the links below on how to set this up using some of the common domains:
What URL do I put into the forwarding settings? To find your GymNet URL, follow these steps:
- Login to GymNet
- Click on your Profile bubble > Profile Settings
- Click on View Your Profile
- Copy the URL in your browser. This is your unique booking page with all of your listings

How do reviews work?
Both Trainers and members have the opportunity to review each other after a session is completed. Past reviews are visible on the Trainer's profile page.
Trainers may also showcase their Google review rating on GymNet. Check out the video above to see how this works.
As a member, when am I charged for a session?
Members are charged at the time the Trainer approves the requested session. Depending on your payment method, the charge may not be reflected immediately in your financial institution.
How much does GymNet cost?
For Trainers and Gyms: GymNet charges just a small service fee per transaction (5%).

For Clients: Anyone can join the GymNet platform, free of charge. There's no monthly subscription.
For each transaction, GymNet charges a small service fee similar to other marketplaces like Airbnb and Uber.
